"A lot depends on modern technology in the war. We need to destroy the Russian electronic warfare and intelligence systems. This will significantly weaken Russian troops and provide an advantage to our soldiers. I emphasize once again that it is our army that will meet tanks and armored vehicles. The task for all citizens to destroy supply convoys and electronic warfare and intelligence systems, "the minister wrote on his Facebook page.
Reznikov added that this would "make the occupiers helpless. Therefore, we will expel them sooner."
SSU reported that the Russian army has begun to face significant problems with supplies.
