In Severodonetsk it’ll be tried to restore power supply if there is no strafing

Electricity has disappeared in Severodonetsk, and supply will be restored if there were no strafing by occupants. This was reported by the Luhansk Region Military Administration (RMA).

The Head of RMA, Sergey Haidai, said that Russian troops damaged the transformer substation in some areas of Severodonetsk by strafing.

"Another part of the city was left without electricity. If the Russian troops keep a regime of silence, electricians will try to restore electricity. In addition, we will try to repair station inputs at the previously damaged substations in Severodonetsk," - Mr Haidai said.

In case of silence we will try to restore power supply in Severodonetsk, - Mr Haidai said.

Mr Haidai noted that last night a transformer substation in the old districts of Severodonetsk was damaged as a result of Russian strafing.

"Another part of the city was left without electricity. If the Russian troops observe a regime of silence, the electricians will try to restore electricity supply. In addition, we will try to repair the station inputs at the previously damaged substations in Severodonetsk, " - said Mr Haidai.

Earlier, during the night of March 18, the occupants destroyed more than 20 residential buildings and infrastructure facilities in Severodonetsk and Rubizhne.

On March 17, Russian troops strafed a shelter of a non-governmental organization “SOS Children's Towns Ukraine” in Severodonetsk (Luhansk Oblast), where mothers and children were hiding.

On March 12, the General Staff announced that Russia planned to seize Severodonetsk.
