"I watched these films for several hours with a heavy heart," Krzysztof Gerat said, director of the Kraków Film Festival. - They show Ukraine even before the full-scale attack. And it hurts a lot when I imagine these places and these people now. I believe that we will present the films from the program together with our friends from Kyiv, and after the show we will talk to their authors. This program and the presence of guests from Ukraine at the festival will be a manifestation of solidarity of the Polish and international cinematographic audience".
Please be reminded that Docudays UA, the 19th International Documentary Film Festival on Human Rights was to take place March 25 - April 3, 2022 in a mixed format at several locations in Kyiv and online.
This was hindered by Russian military activity against Ukraine.
