Russian special services are conducting 'individual interviews' with Belarusian rank and file. This way, they are trying to persuade them to participate in the war against Ukraine individually, apart from the Belarusian army.

"Belarusians are proposed $1,000-$1,500 a month for performing "special tasks." In addition, they are offered subsidized training in Russian military universities (for example, the Ryazan Airborne Command School)." - mentioned intelligence.
Ukrainian intelligence has recorded such cases in the 103rd Airborne Division of the Armed Forces of Belarus and Gomel Border Guards.
"Despite offered incentives, the motivation level to take part in direct actions among Belarusian servicemen is extremely low. Those who agreed are excluded from the list of personnel in their units to continue service apart from Belarusian Armed Forces." - added the Ministry of Defence.
Today, the Belarusian military and political leadership are arguing about the possibility of involvement in the direct actions in Ukraine. The vast majority of personnel refusing to participate in so-called "special operation" is being checked "for ties to the opposition". Commanders disloyal to the Russian Federation are being replaced.
Earlier, on March 20, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine informed that according to their assessments, the chance of invasion from Belarus on western Ukraine's Volyn region is high.
On March 13, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine also stated that it sees a high risk of direct participation in the military operation against Ukraine of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus.
In addition, Russia is working on a special operation to engage Belarusian service members in the war against Ukraine. They want to dress them in the Russian military uniform to make it possible.
At the same time, the Belarusian opposition and the part of Belarusian citizens do not support the participation of their service members in the war against Ukraine.
