Leaders of the G7 have said they will spare no effort to bring to justice Russian President Putin and creators and supporters of the war against Ukraine, including Alexander Lukashenko.

This is stated in the final communiqué of the summit.

"Russia's attack has already threatened the security of Ukraine's nuclear facilities. Russia's military action poses extraordinary risks to the population and the environment, which could lead to catastrophic consequences," the G7 leaders said.

They added that they would monitor the implementation of sanctions against Russia and are ready to take new measures. The G7 also warns against any threat from the use of chemical, biological and nuclear weapons.

In addition, the leaders condemn the disinformation campaign against Ukraine waged by Russia together with its allies.

Today, the G7 countries - Germany, the USA, Canada, Japan, Great Britain, France, Italy - held the summit at which the president of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy also took part. He called on the leaders of the world economy to provide Ukraine with all the necessary weapons now, so that other countries - the Baltics, Central Asia, and Poland - would not have to arm themselves.
