The russian private military company "Wagner" has already deployed in East of Ukraine.
This news was announced on Twitter by the Ministry of Defense of Great Britain, referring to intelligence data.
"It is expected that more than 1,000 mercenaries, including senior leaders of the organization, will be deployed for participation in war actions," the statement said. "Due to significant losses and invasion, which is mostly stalled, Russia likely was forced to change the priority of Wagner's personnel moving them to Ukraine and making them leave operations in Africa and Syria."
PMC Wagner (new name - "Liga") is a private russian military structure staffed by mercenaries and affiliated with the russian Defense Ministry. The Wagner terrorists participated in war actions in many conflicts, including the one in Donbas on the side of russia, in Syria on the side of Putin's ally, Dictator Assad, and in Sudan.
Russia is recruiting terrorists from the private military company "Liga" (former "Wagner") to replenish the occupying forces and conduct war actions in Ukraine.
On 1 March 2022, the Defense Forces captured a mercenary of the PMC "Wagner" in the Zhytomyr region.
Earlier, the Chief Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense reported that russian mercenaries of PMC "Wagner" refused to go to Ukraine because they were not paid the promised money.
