The Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, Lyudmila Denisova, announced that Rusian armed groups had begun searching households in the village of Komyshany next to the Shumenskyy district of Kherson.
"The occupiers are going around the houses, checking documents, inspecting all the premises, and looking for hunters and weapons. Residents are threatened with reprisals. Russian fascists break down gates and steal cars in some yards with no owners," Denisova said.
The ombudsman called on the international community to use all means of sanctions against Russia to stop the military invasion of Ukraine and liberate all Ukrainian cities and villages.
The Russians searched and robbed Katya Gandzyuk's apartment in Kherson the other day. Residents of one village in the Kyiv region told the police that the Russians had chained a man at the parking lot and kept him there until morning; they had broken the fences on every street, come on tanks into the yards, robbing peasants and all shops.
