Tupytskyi is located in Vienna, although he officially didn’t cross the border of Ukraine - "Schemes"

Oleksandr Tupytskyi, the removed Head of the Constitutional Court, left Ukraine after the beginning of the full-scale military invasion of Russia, despite the ban on leaving for men of military age (he is 59 years old) and his status as an accused of criminal proceedings.

This is reported by "Schemes."

It is noted that the border Tupitsky crossed unofficially. Now he is in Vienna, as evidenced by the photos that are at the disposal of journalists. Tupytskyi was noticed on 24 March when he left the Stefanie Hotel in the center of the Austrian capital.

Sources in the Border Guard Service said that there is no mark in their database about Tupytskyi's departure from Ukraine. Thus, on February 22, 2022, he flew from Turkey to Ukraine - and since then he has not officially crossed the border.

According to "Schemes" information, after the invasion of Russian forces, Tupytskyi and his family moved to the city of Stryi in the Lviv region. Just at the height of Russia's war against Ukraine on March 17, the judge's wife Olha Tupytska, and two children crossed the border with Hungary by BMW car registered on her.

Tupytskyi himself did not officially cross the border. “Schemes” contacted him by phone, but he hung up.

Earlier, last November, the State Bureau of Investigation and the Prosecutor General's Office handed over the indictment in the second criminal case of Tupytskyi to the court. The chief accountant of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine and Tupytskyi are accused of unauthorized interference in the work of the automated remote customer service system of the State Treasury Service ("Treasury Client - Treasury").

Tupytskyi is also tried on charges of providing false testimony and attempting to bribe a witness (part 2 of Article 384, Article 386 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). At the same time, Tupytskyi refused to identify himself as a suspect. Because of this criminal case, he was removed from the duties of the Head of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.
