Families with children affected by the war can receive financial assistance. The "Spilno" [Jointly] program was organized by the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine and UNICEF.

Assistance is provided to families with three or more children under the age of 18, at least one of whom has not reached the age of two at the time of application. "Adoptive parents or foster parents can also apply for assistance. The application will be reviewed by UNICEF and its partners. You will be notified by SMS to the phone number you provide when applying," said the Deputy Head of the OPU.

The monthly allowance is UAH 2,200 for each family member, but not more than for five people. The financial assistance is mae in one payment for a period of 3 months.

For example, if the family has five members, the family will receive UAH 2,200 x 5 people x 3 months = UAH 33,000.

Payment will be credited to the bank account or debit card, specified in the application form, within four weeks of submitting the application. Before applying, you must make sure that the account is accessible.

According to UNICEF, due to Russia's full-scale attack on Ukraine, more than half of Ukraine's 4.3 million children have become refugees. 1.8 million of them found refuge abroad.
