US President Joe Biden calls for judicial review of war crimes committed by russians in Bucha.

«You may remember me being criticized for having called Putin a war criminal. He is a war criminal – he declared. – But we must gather information, provide Ukraine with weapons to keep fighting, collect all details so that it'll be a real lawsuit about a war crime».
President Biden also added he planned to impose additional sanctions against russia.
This guy [Putin] is a barbarian. What is happening in Bucha is outrageous. And everyone has seen it. I find it a war crime. I wish for new sanctions, I will continue imposing sanctions», – he said.
Earlier, the USA declared they would call on the United Nations General Assembly for expelling russia from the United Nations Human Rights Council.
After evidence of war crimes committed by russian troops in Bucha was promulgated, Germany proposed to create a tribunal to punish the perpetrators, similar to the one that existed in Yugoslavia.
After Bucha was liberated, City Mayor Anatolii Fedorchuk reported about hundreds of killed residents. According to him, 280 people were buried in a mass grave. Also, he reported about corpses lying on the streets of the city, some of them were 14-year-olds. «All these people were shot, killed in the back of the head», – Anatolii Fedorchuk said.
On Sunday, 3 April, 410 bodies of dead civilians were taken out from the Kyiv region liberated from russian troops.
