Leaders of the Bulgarian opposition party "We Are Coming" poured red paint on the wall of the Russian embassy in the Bulgarian capital, Sofia.
Arman Babikian and Mykola Hadzhyhenov did this. At first, the police arrested them.
"What Arman and I did today is happening all over the world. Only people who expressed their opinion against the war and Putin were detained here. An hour earlier, hundreds of civilians were blown up at Kramatorsk railway station," Mykola Khadzhyhenov said after arrest while explaining their actions.
However, the arrest only provoked protests outside the regional administration building. The prosecutor's office, which first opened a case on hooliganism, soon said it found no grounds to detain or prosecute the politicians.
