The russian military shelled the administrative center of the Kropyvnytskyi region, the town of Oleksandria, the mayor of the city, Serhiy Kuzmenko, reported.
The town was under the missile shelling on Friday evening. According to the mayor, the occupiers hit an airfield infrastructure at 10:26 p.m.
The rescue operation is underway in the town. There is no information on the victims of the shelling yet.
The day before, russia shelled the Chernihiv region. During this strike, they used the munition prohibited by international law.
