The night in the Dnipropetrovsk region passed under air alarm sirens. The enemies shelled Zelenodolsk with [multiple rocket launcher systems – tr.] "Uragan".
People and houses weren't affected, but the rockets hit electrical cables, so the electricity went out in the city, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Valentyn Reznichenko reported on Telegram.
"As of this hour, the specialists restored everything – there's water supply and electricity. So we are all right now," – he said.
"Uragan" is a Soviet multiple rocket launcher system with a caliber of 220mm. Its rockets are bigger than the ones for "Grad" but smaller than the "Smerch" ones.
