UAF returned control over four villages in the Kharkiv region.

“As a result of the offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kharkiv region, control over the villages of Verkhnya Rohanka, Ruska Lozova, Slobidske and Prylesne was returned,” the evening report of the UAF General Staff on Saturday, April 30 stated.

In the Slobozhansky direction, a group of enemy troops continues to conduct air strikes and artillery fire on the city of Kharkiv.

In the Izyum direction, the occupants, using individual units from the 1st Tank Army and the 20th Combined-Arms army of the Western Military District, the 35th Combined-Arms army and the 68th Army Corps of the Eastern Military District, and airborne troops attempt an offensive in the direction of Izyum - Barvinkove and Izyum - Slovyansk.

“The enemy continues to concentrate forces and resources both in the temporarily occupied territories of the Kharkiv region and in the Belgorod region, in the immediate proximity of the state border of Ukraine. For example, the occupants relocated units of the 55th Separate Motor Rifle Brigade of the 41st Combined-Arms army of the Central Military District to the village of Volokhiv Yar and units of the 5th Separate Tank Brigade of the 36th Combined-Arms army of the Eastern Military District to the city of Izyum,” General Staff stated.

The enemy is increasing the anti-aircraft defense system, conducting aerial reconnaissance of the positions of the UAF using UAVs in the areas of Velyka Komyshuvaha, Ivanivka, Chervone, Kurulka, Dovhenke, Nova Dmytrivka and Barvinkove.

They stress that russian occupation troops continue to commit illegal actions in the occupied territories of the Kharkiv region. According to available information, the enemy is forcibly deporting the population to the territory of the russian federation. Occupiers spread misinformation about seizures of Kharkiv, Kyiv and Zaporizhzhya.

Journalist Denys Kazansky reported the day before about the liberation of the village of Ruska Lozova, from which Kharkiv was shelled. This is a strategically important village located on the Kharkiv-Belgorod highway.

Ruska Lozova was liberated by the forces of the assault unit of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine under the leadership of Colonel-General Oleksandr Syrsky, commander of the AFU Land Forces.
