Russian troops in the Zaporizhzhia direction on May 8 used a heavy flamethrower system “Solntsepek” against their own positions. This was reported by the 97th Infantry Battalion.
According to the Ukrainian military, the russians actually “burned the occupiers out of Ukrainian land”.
“Such actions are positively perceived and supported in every way by the Ukrainian military. We understand that there is a tradition of cooking kebabs in May, but we have one remark - burn yourself in russia. Because in Ukraine you are not welcomed at all!” - noted by the battalion.
We are reminding, that 25,500 russian servicemen have already been killed in Ukraine, and 400 occupiers have been neutralized in the last 24 hours alone.
