Today, on 8 May, the United States returned their diplomats to the embassy in Kyiv. The diplomatic mission should open after more than three months of evacuation to Poland. This is reported by Wall Street Journal reporter Vivian Salama

"US representatives are arriving at the embassy in Kyiv for the first time since the evacuation in February," she captioned the distributed video.
At the same time, as Evropravda transmits, the embassy announced the return to Kyiv of charge d'affaires Christina Queen and other American diplomats. The press release distributed by the institution states that the return is timed to coincide with Victory Day over Nazism.
In early May, American diplomats resumed work in Ukraine but remained in Lviv.
In the near future, US President Joe Biden should appoint an ambassador to Ukraine. It will be Bridget Brink, who previously headed the diplomatic mission in Slovakia.
