The Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba assured Ukraine is doing everything possible to resume food exports to African markets.
He wrote this on his Twitter.
Kuleba stated that he spoke about it with the Liberian foreign minister.
“Spoke with my Liberian counterpart Dee Maxwell Kemayah. Grateful for Liberia's support within the UN. Ukraine is doing its utmost to deliver food exports to African markets, but russia must end its illegal blockade of Ukrainian seaports and stop undermining global food security,” he twitted.

After the meeting of the G7 Foreign Ministers, Kuleba said that russian aggression against Ukraine is the only reason for the outbreak of the food crisis in the world.
The minister said that he discussed how to break this blockade with representatives of the G7 countries and how to make sure that Ukrainian agricultural products will reach global markets, especially in Africa and Asian countries.
Earlier, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken said that the russian blockade was preventing the export of food products from Ukraine. This, in turn, threatens millions of people around the world with malnutrition and starvation.
