Over the past month, Russian invaders dropped 714 tons of TNT bombs on Azovstal.
The adviser to the mayor of Mariupol Petro Andryushchenko reported about it.
"Excluding Grads, Smerches, Tochka’s U, artillery shells and missiles from vessels at sea. 714 tons of hell and hatred for Ukraine," Andryushchenko said.
He quoted Mariupol Mayor Vadym Boychenko as saying it was "the greatest genocide in Europe since World War II."
The day before the mayor of Mariupol warned of threat of destruction of the Sea of Azov because of bombing of Azovstal.
It became known that the occupiers want to demolish the plant and build a park in its place.
