«Dressed in the uniform of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, they go to the homes of residents of villages in the Kherson region and ask where the current positions of the russians are. Those who start trustingly telling, thinking that they are helping their own, are caught and taken away in an unknown direction without explanation», the statement said.
In places where the mobile communication of Ukrainian operators is turned off, the occupiers are trying to trick citizens by issuing mobile cards of Crimean operator into obtaining their passport data to falsify a future pseudo-referendum.
In the Kherson region, the russian occupiers are equipping the second and third lines of defense to hold the occupied frontiers.
