Russian invaders have set up at least 20 filtration camps and prisons in the occupied territories of Ukraine.

Yevhen Tsymbalyuk, Permanent Representative of Ukraine to international organizations, stated in Vienna at a meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council, Ukrinform reports.

"There are still many places where crimes do not stop. There are at least 20 filtration camps and prisons in the occupied territories, "he said.

The Ukrainian ambassador reminded of the Isolation Prison in occupied Donetsk: "We know very well about the horrors that are taking place there."

"Therefore, I have to stop the spread of this prison by russia throughout Ukraine," Tsymbalyuk stressed.

The head of the Ukrainian mission to the OSCE also cooperates on torture, gender-based violence and kidnapping, which has become "part of russia's policy of breaking the will of the inhabitants of the occupied territories of Ukraine."

"In the Kherson and Zaporizhia regions, according to human rights activists, they are one of the leaders in the abduction of the military in Ukraine," said the Russian ambassador.

Kherson residents, who were detained and tortured nearby, were required to sign documents condemning the "Ukrainian regime", "congratulating the military of the russian federation", and applying for a russian passport.
