The occupiers delivered ballots for a sham referendum, propaganda materials and tents to Kherson at the beginning of September, intelligence sources have told LB.ua.
"At first, they were preparing for October, but now the plans have changed and they decided to hold it in September," an informed source said.
We also managed to obtain a list of commissions that will allegedly ensure a sham referendum, the persons involved in its organization and their phone numbers.
Russia-installed authorities in occupied parts of Zaporizhzhya, Kherson, Donetsk and Luhansk regions plan to hold referendums on accession to Russia from 23 to 27 September. They also want to attach a small occupied part of Mykolayiv Region to Kherson Region.
Ukrainian authorities have already warned that sham referendums will not have any legal importance for the international community. Neither will they prevent further Ukrainian counteroffensive.
