Russia has carried out a missile attack on civilian infrastructure in the town of Pervomayskyy in Kharkiv Region, the head of the regional military administration, Oleh Synehubov, has said.
He noted that a critical infrastructure facility was damaged and two private houses ruined.
Pervomayskyy mayor Mykola Baksheyev said that water supply to some streets in the old part of the town was disrupted.
In a later update, Synehubov said that a 15-year-old girl was killed by the Russian missile attack. The report was confirmed by the local office of the State Emergency Service.
Four people were killed by the attack, Ukrinform has reported.
"The strike killed four civilians: a 15-year-old girl, two men and a woman," the spokesperson for the Kharkiv regional military administration, Olena Shapoval, said.
