On the night of 6 October, the occupiers launched seven rocket attacks on high-rise buildings in Zaporizhzhya, the Secretary of Zaporizhzhya City Council Anatoliy Kurtev reported.
"Entire stairways are destroyed. People are under the rubble," he said.
Rescuers are working at the site.
"Hospitals and information centres at schools are fully prepared to take in people," Kurtev added.
Update 06:47. "Terror and murder of civilians in Zaporizhzhya!" - the head of Zaporizhzhya Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Starukh wrote on Telegram.
According to the updated data, one person died. The second fatality, fortunately, has not been confirmed. Seven people were injured. Rescuers are looking for people under the rubble, so the number of victims may change.
