Russian troops shelled Nikopol in Dnipropetrovsk Region with multiple rocket launchers on the morning of 23 October, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional council, Mykola Lukashuk, has said on Telegram.
According to regional governor Valentyn Reznichenko, five people were wounded. Two of them were in a car when a Russian shell exploded near them.
"Houses, a kindergarten and private businesses in the city got damaged," he added.
