As a result of Russian missile strikes on the energy system in various regions, 1,451,603 Ukrainians were left without electricity, a deputy head of the presidential office, Kyrylo Tymoshenko, has said on Telegram.
As of 14:00, as a result of the missile strikes, 672,000 households were cut off in Khmelnytskyy Region, 188,400 in Mykolayiv Region, 102,000 in Volyn Region, 242,000 in Cherkasy Region, 174,790 in Rivne Region, 61,913 in Kirovohrad Region and 10,500 in Odesa Region.
On the morning of 22 October, Russians struck energy facilities in different regions of Ukraine, causing massive power outages.
