Work continues to restore power supply to consumers in Volyn Region, who were left without electricity as a result of Russian strikes on 22 October, the head of the Volyn regional military administration, Yuriy Pohulyayko, has said on Telegram.
Volynoblenerho repair crews worked throughout the night. As of the morning of 23 October, power supply to 91,000 consumers in the region has been restored. According to Pohulyayko, all possible backup power supply schemes are being used.
Currently, the cities of Lutsk and Kovel and some territorial communities in Kovel District remain partially without power supply. In some areas there is a reduced voltage level. Pohulyayko warned that power may be supplied alternately to some consumers.
