Russians no longer have artillery dominance in Luhansk Regio after the logistics of ammunition supply has been ruined, the head of the Luhansk regional military administration, Serhiy Hayday, has told the telethon, UNIAN reports.
He noted that for four months before that the Armed Forces of Ukraine felt the total superiority of the Russians in artillery, with the shelling lasting around the clock.
"Now the situation has changed for the better, much better. This is because the precise work of our artillery destroyed their logistics of ammunition supply, destroyed warehouses with ammunition. This does not mean that they have no shells at all, but the logistics is much worse," he said.
At the same time, the Ukrainian military has more artillery and it is much more accurate.
