The occupiers are forcibly taking residents of Kherson Region to Russia, in particular, patients of boarding schools and boarding houses. Their military are settling in the vacated premises, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has said.

"According to available information, about a hundred children with disabilities were taken from the psychoneurological boarding house in Dnipryany, Kakhovka District. The children and staff of the Oleshky orphanage are being prepared for forced 'evacuation' to Moscow Region," the General Staff said.

Patients of the Kakhovka retirement home were moved away while Russians deployed their personnel on the premises.

To force the locals to leave the region, Russians continue to make living conditions impossible for them by cutting off electricity supply and communication.

The Russian military do not stop looting the population and infrastructure. The occupiers are taking vehicles, food and all possible material resources to Russia.

As reported earlier, Russians blew up mobile communication towers of Ukrainian operators in at least two villages in Kherson Region and plan to extend the curfew to covertly bring new forces to the right bank.

On 6 November, the Russian military blew up high-voltage power lines in occupied Beryslav. About 1.5 km of poles and lines were destroyed. The regional authorities say they will not be able to restore electricity supply in the city until de-occupation.
