Russia has used about 80% of its modern missiles. There are about 120 "Iskanders" left, Vadym Skibitskiy, a representative of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine (DIU), said in a comment to The Economist, according to the DIU website.
He added that the military intelligence is aware of the Kremlin's plans to buy Iranian ballistic missiles Fateh-110 and Zolfaghar. They want to send them by air to the Crimea, and from there - by sea to the Russian Caspian ports.
Skibitskiy stressed that these agreements have already been reached.
Iskander is a line of surface-to-surface ballistic tactical missile systems.
Fateh-110 is an Iranian mobile single-stage solid fuel rocket. It was used in the Syrian war by Iran and Syria. Zolfaghar - Iranian road-mobile single-stage solid fuel ballistic missile of short range, capable of hitting targets at a distance of 300 to 700 km.
