Most municipal heat and water supply facilities in Dnipro are left without power supply, mayor Borys Filatov has said.
"Due to another terrorist attack of the Russian Federation on energy infrastructure facilities in Dnipropetrovsk Region, we have a critically low level of electricity supply," Filatov said.
He added that as of around 21:00 electricity supply was gradually being restored to pumping and filtering stations. Approximately six hours after their launch are needed to fill the networks and restore pressure.
Filatov stressed that most boiler houses in the city also expect the restoration of electricity and water supply.
"Taking into account the crisis situation in Dnipropetrovsk Region, power engineers from DTEK together with Ukrenergo are developing a schedule of electricity supply to households," Filatov added.
