As a result of Russia's terrorist attack on the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station, 30 settlements in Kherson Region and 31 in Mykolayiv Region remain flooded. Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal has said at a government meeting.

He noted that the water level in the Dnipro River is decreasing. More than 3,700 people have been evacuated.

According to Shmyhal, 13 countries have responded to Ukraine's call for help.

"Within the framework of the EU Civil Protection Mechanism, 13 countries have already provided assistance to Ukraine. We are talking about dozens and hundreds of boats, rafts, motor pumps, generators, containers, water tanks and filters, as well as many other things. We are grateful to the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan, Canada and other partner countries for the assistance already provided," he said.
