The European Commission has transferred another 1.5bn-euro tranche to help Ukraine restore its infrastructure.
The president of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, wrote about this on Twitter. She also condemned “Russian strikes on Ukraine's grain storage and export infrastructure”.
"As Russia continues its ruthless war, we continue to support Ukraine," she said.
"More will come," she added.

The division of the World Bank which deals with private investments is considering investing 1.5bn US dollars in Ukraine's banking sector, agriculture and infrastructure.
