Ukraine has already attracted $28 billion in financial support from partners this year, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal has said at a government meeting.
In particular, the EU has allocated more than $11bn and more than $8bn has come from the USA.
"We are preparing the so-called 'Plan for Ukraine' as part of the EU's Ukraine Facility programme. This is a four-year programme worth €50 billion to support our country... The IMF programme is also designed for four years: $15.6 billion to help us finance the budget deficit, and guarantees of support from IMF donor countries for another $115 billion," Shmyhal said.
He added that the partners "are already making active plans for long-term support for Ukraine".
