The Kyiv police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the murder of two soldiers by an Armed Forces serviceman, Interfax-Ukraine reports.
The incident took place in the early hours of 2 October in Lavrska Street, central Kyiv.
The shooter has been detained. The case was opened under Article 115 Part 2 (premeditated murder).
