Russian troops shelled Toretsk in Donetsk Region, killing two civilians, the prosecutor's office of Donetsk Region has said.
"On 11 November 2023, the Russian army launched a powerful attack, probably from artillery, on the city of Toretsk. The enemy shells hit residential areas, where apartment buildings are located next to the private sector," it said.
Two people came under Russian fire - a 61-year-old woman who was walking down the street and a 65-year-old man who was riding a bicycle. Their injuries were incompatible with life.
Roofs of the houses were also damaged, windows and doors were smashed.
