Russia hits Odesa Region with Kh-31P anti-radar missiles

Russian tactical aviation conducted missile strikes on Odesa Region during the day and evening of 21 November, the Ukrainian Defence Forces South have said.

Russia used Kh-31P anti-radar missiles. According to the military, the Russians are using anti-radar missiles to try to detect and destroy air defence systems.

There are impacts.

"In Odesa and Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyy District, they hit an open surface, an administrative building and port infrastructure. There were no casualties," the military said.
