A hacker attack caused a failure in the work of Kyivstar mobile operator. This was reported in the company's post on X.
"Kyivstar assured that it will compensate those subscribers who had no connection or could not use the services. Law enforcement and special state services were involved in the investigation of the attack.
"As of now, it is known that the personal data of subscribers has not been compromised," the statement said.
This morning, Kyivstar experienced a malfunction, with no connection and no Internet, and the app and website were down. The company advised to use national roaming services. The same advice was given by Diia, but it turned out that roaming was not possible due to the failure.
