In Nikopol, Russians fired artillery at the hospital, said the head of the Dnipropetrovsk RMA, Serhiy Lysak.
"Tragic news from Nikopol. Russians fired artillery at the hospital. A 50-year-old man was killed. Doctors fought for his life to the last. However, unfortunately, they failed to save the wounded man," Lysak wrote.
According to him, the building of the institution, garages, cars, and a power line were damaged.
