The Sumy Regional Military Administration reported on its Telegram page that a fire broke out in the regional centre as a result of Russian attack during an air raid.
The Russians targeted civilian infrastructure. There is smoke in some parts of Sumy. Residents are asked to close windows tightly and stay indoors until the fire is completely extinguished.
According to preliminary information, there are victims of the attack. Emergency services are working at the site.
