Volodymyr Zelenskyy has enacted the National Security and Defence Council's decision of 2 December ‘On the application and cancellation of personal special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions)’.

The text of the decree and the list of individuals and legal entities subject to sanctions were published on the President's website.

In his evening video address, Zelenskyy said that the sanctions apply to those who work for the Russian military system. 

‘These are the developers, manufacturers and suppliers of drones for the occupier, people who help import critical components to Russia, and train drone operators. In total, more than a hundred subjects. And we are working with our partners to synchronise our sanctions with the relevant decisions of our partners,’ the Ukrainian president said.

The sanctions affected 57 individuals and 52 legal entities. 

The list includes Technoport, the world-class SeaAgroBioTech Interregional Scientific and Educational Centre, Uraldronzavod, Simbirsk Piranha Design Bureau, OKB Unmanned Aircraft Construction, the Centre for Integrated Unmanned Solutions, Russian Drone Racing Group, and others.
