During the night of 19 May, Russian forces launched attack drones against southern Odesa Region, specifically targeting Danube port infrastructure in Izmayil.
According to the Izmayil District State Administration, the strike damaged port infrastructure facilities. Units of the State Emergency Service arrived promptly at the scene and swiftly dealt with the aftermath of the attack.
No casualties were reported, and the damage is currently assessed as minor. Air defence forces managed to neutralise most of the Russian drones over open terrain outside populated areas.
The attack damaged the roof and windows of a warehouse, said Oleh Kipper, head of the Regional State Administration.
