On the night of 18 September, the Russian army shelled Odesa Region. Three people were injured.

As the head of the Regional Military Administration Oleh Kiper wrote, the enemy launched a massive attack on the region’s civilian infrastructure. According to the regional prosecutor’s office, overnight the enemy carried out a combined strike using guided aerial bombs and attack drones.

Those injured were a 37-year-old woman, a 70-year-old woman and a 71-year-old man. One of the women was taken to hospital.

As a result of the strikes, residential areas, a business, storage tanks and warehouse facilities were damaged.

A private home was destroyed, and at least five more were damaged. A lyceum building, greenhouses and several cars were also damaged.

Emergency crews are continuing to deal with the aftermath of the enemy attack at the strike sites. Law enforcement officers are documenting another Russian war crime.
