Ukrainian service personnel will receive payments steadily and in full through to the end of the year.

- Earlier, President Zelenskyy reported talks with the EU on receiving part of the funds from the second tranche of financial assistance ahead of schedule, so that the money could be directed both towards service pay for the military and the purchase of drones.
