As of 22:00 on 27 September, 197 combat engagements had taken place on the front line since the start of the day.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The enemy carried out 64 air strikes and dropped 196 guided aerial bombs. In addition, it deployed 5,565 kamikaze drones and conducted 2,132 attacks on populated areas and the positions of our troops.
Over the past day on the Southern-Slobozhanskyi front, the enemy assaulted the positions of Ukrainian units five times near Starytsia, Kozacha Lopan, Volokhivske and Prykolotne; two more engagements are still ongoing.
On the Kupiansk front, the Defence Forces repelled two enemy assaults in the areas of Kivsharivka and Kolisnykivka.
On the Lyman front, five attempts by the invaders to advance were repelled in the areas of Zarichne, Lyman and Dibrova; one more engagement is ongoing.
On the Sloviansk front, the Defence Forces stopped three attempts by the invaders to push forward near Mykolaivka.
On the Kostiantynivka front, the Defence Forces repelled 20 enemy assaults in the areas of Kostiantynivka, Novoselivka, Illinivka, Dovha Balka and Rusyn Yar; one more engagement is ongoing.
The Defence Forces repelled 15 attacks on the Pokrovsk front. The occupiers tried to advance in the areas of the settlements of Vilne, Bilytske, Chernihivka, Myrne, Serhiivka and Molodetske. Three engagements are continuing at this time.
According to preliminary estimates, 33 occupiers were killed and six wounded here today; two vehicles, 10 units of specialised equipment, two UAV control points and one enemy ammunition depot were destroyed. Four vehicles, five UAV control points and 52 enemy shelters were damaged. A total of 204 unmanned aerial vehicles of various types were destroyed or suppressed.
Four attacks by the occupiers were repelled on the Oleksandrivka front in the areas of Sichneve and Verbove.
Eleven attacks by the occupiers were recorded on the Huliaipole front in the areas of the settlements of Rizdvianka, Kopani, Yehorivka and Myrne.
On the Northern-Slobozhanskyi, Kursk, Kramatorsk, Orikhiv and Prydniprovia fronts, the enemy did not conduct offensive operations.
