In the village of Khotiv in Obukhiv district of Kyiv region, a Russian drone attack killed a 14-year-old child. The drone struck a private house directly, which was completely gutted by fire after the impact.

This was reported by the head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, Tymur Tkachenko.

The State Emergency Service shared details of the tragedy: the child who died was born in 2012. The mother, born in 1988, was injured.

The enemy drone hit a two-storey private house, after which a fire broke out. During search-and-rescue operations, rescuers found the child’s body under the rubble. The fire has now been extinguished; crews are currently dousing the structures and dismantling the destroyed parts of the building.
