In October, the Defence Forces’ ground robotic systems completed more than 30,000 missions in a month for the first time. The DELTA combat system recorded 31,398 tasks, most of them logistical and evacuation-related.
This was reported by Ukraine’s Ministry of Defence.
The number of missions carried out by ground robotic systems increased month by month. In January, 7,511 tasks were recorded; in February, 7,960; in March, 9,072; in April, 11,028; and in May, 14,059.
In June, the ground robotic systems carried out 16,663 missions; in July, 19,935; in August, 25,136; in September, 28,491; and in October, 31,398.
As a result, over the first ten months of the year, the number of tasks carried out by ground robotic systems increased more than fourfold.
The Ministry of Defence stresses that using ground robots on the front line makes it possible to carry out logistical and evacuation tasks while reducing risks for Ukrainian service personnel.
