The format of negotiations in Minsk (Ukraine, OSCE and Russian Federation) bears no fruit, the Ambassador of Poland to Ukraine Jan Pieklo said at the Diplomats Sans Tie press club in Ukrinform on 13 December.
Everyone can see that the format of the Minsk is not working, even Germany sees that, the diplomat stressed.
Pieklo also said that Moscow is taking a wait-and see policy as the new administration is being formed in the United States.
"Putin is waiting for the new administration in Washington," said the ambassador.
