Over the past day, Russia-backed militant groups 15 times violated the ceasefire in the zone of anti-terrorist operation in Donbas. The ATO forces 10 times returned fire. One Ukrainian military man was wounded in combat, ATO headquarters said in a Facebook statement on Monday, 30 October.
The enemy, as before, concentrated fire activity in the Donetsk sector, using mainly infantry weapons.
In the afternoon, the militants fired automatic grenade launchers and small arms at the ATO positions near the Avdiyivka industrial zone. In one of these attacks, a Ukrainian serviceman sustained a shrapnel wound. He was taken to a hospital, his health condition is satisfactory.
In the evening, militants fired anti-tank grenade launchers and machine guns at the positions of Ukrainian army near Luhanske and Svitlodarsk. An enemy IFV several times fired at Zaitseve.
In the coastal sector, the enemy for over an hour fired an antitank grenade launcher and small arms at the defenders of Maryinka.
On Saturday, one Ukrainian military was killed in Donbas, two more were wounded.
