The red central line of the Kyiv metro stopped for around 10 minutes, an LB.ua correspondent has reported.
Trains were stopped after a smoke, possibly from a wooden cross tie, was detected at the section between the Dnipro and Hydropark stations.
The reasons are being investigated.
The line has already resumed operation.
