President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has appointed Hennadiy Kuznetsov Ukraine's representative in the working humanitarian subgroup of the trilateral contact group on Donbas.
Kuznetsov is a major-general of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU). He headed the Antiterrorism Special Operations Centre of the SBU from 7 March 2014 to 23 January 2015.
He will replace Valeriya Lutkovska.
The trilateral contact group will hold its meeting in Minsk on 12 February.
